UNLOQfor Partners

FAQ

Common questions from business and product teams evaluating UNLOQ.

Business

Is this a challenge or a promotion with an end date?

No. The UNLOQ offer is designed as a regular, always-available benefit. It can sit permanently in your flow — like any other payment or reward option — rather than running as a one-off campaign. You can of course amplify it during key moments (an event, a season launch), but it does not expire in between.

Who pays for the reward?

The brand (e.g. an exchange or bookmaker) funds the reward in exchange for a new, verified customer. You do not discount your own product, and your users receive the full benefit.

What do we earn as a Partner?

You are compensated per verified conversion originating from your placements. Commercial terms are agreed individually — contact the UNLOQ team for a proposal.

Do our users have to leave our website?

Verification always happens in the UNLOQ app — that is where the brand actions are confirmed. What differs is how much of the journey stays on your site. Today's live integrations redirect to a dedicated UNLOQ page, which works well for event and media partners. For platforms with conversion-optimized funnels we are building an embedded widget (in development) that keeps offer discovery and the unlock choice inside your page, handing off to the app only at the claim step — with your page staying intact behind the overlay.

Who is responsible for the offer terms and compliance?

UNLOQ. Each campaign has its own terms hosted on unloq.now, prepared and maintained by us. Your placements link to the offer; you do not need to host or maintain any legal documents.

Which brands can our users unlock with?

The portfolio includes exchanges, brokers, and bookmakers such as Kraken, OKX, and Superbet, and it keeps growing. The set of unlock options shown to your users is agreed per campaign, so it can be tailored to your audience.

Technical

How long does the basic integration take?

The button and banner are plain links — most partners ship them in under an hour, including QA. No SDK, no backend changes, no user data exchange.

Do we need to share user data with UNLOQ?

No. The entry points carry only your partner identifier and placement tags. Users identify themselves to UNLOQ directly when they claim the offer.

How is attribution handled?

With simple utm tags on your campaign links — one set per placement. In your own analytics you can see where traffic comes from and compare the event page, checkout, and post-purchase. This measures clicks and traffic; settlement of verified actions is reconciled together.

Can we A/B test the placement or the copy?

Yes — the entry point is your markup, so you can test it with your existing tooling. Keep the campaign URL intact and vary utm_campaign per variant if you want the split reflected in UNLOQ reporting.
